Stickers Rewarding and Reinforcing Good Effort and Teamwork.

Sometimes it can be simply heart-breaking as a teacher to watch those kids that try and try and just seem to keep underperforming. You know how hard they've worked. They turn in all of their homework, their writing is as neat as can be, they ask all the right questions, they do that extra bit of study, they get tutors ... yet somehow they stumble at the finish line and the results slip from their fingers. As a teacher, you worry that they'll become frustrated and that, without any positive results or reinforcement soon, they'll eventually give up!

Well, Concept Stickers and Cards has not forgetten these kids and has come up with the perfect range of effort stickers for them. 'Good Effort' stickers were never intended to be consolation prizes for mistakes or underachievement: instead, they are intended to be congratulations prizes for these kids' tireless efforts. These stickers were designed as a reinforcement for these kids to ensure that they remain buoyed and positive and that they keep on putting in that 110% of effort. Persistence is the key ingredient to success and these kids have it in spades! It should be rewarded. These stickers remind children that their effort is vital and that valuable lessons are learned simply through the experience of working hard and constant trying. As long as these children keep trying, hope is never lost. One day what you are attempting to teach them will suddenly 'click' and all of the missing bits will fall into place. The grades will be sure to follow.

In addition to the effort stickers, Concept Stickers and Cards has developed some reward stickers celebrating good teamwork too. This is in recognition of the fact that, in adult society, very little is ever achieved without input from other people and, consequently, the development of good team-work skills is vital.
